If on a rainy day we activated the windshield wiper command and only one of the two brushes of the Fiat Punto did its job, most likely the arm that controls it has detached. We open the engine hood, at the base of the windshield we will find the linkage that moves the brushes and identify the detached lever, the cause of the detachment is almost always the wear of the bushing that is responsible for locking it but also allows for a small rotation. We can solve this problem by using a metal clip easily available on the Web, for example on Amazon with code B07Y1SPVM5 at the price of 9.77 euros, which we will mount first on the pivot and then we will also join the control arm.
