How do you replace the cabin fan of the Fiat Ducato?

In order to replace the cabin fan of the Fiat Ducato, you need to open the glove box on the passenger side: once it is open, you can locate the screws that fix it inside and loosen them to remove the glove box. At this point, you can completely remove the glove box from its housing to locate the fan at the back: it must be removed from its housing by unscrewing the screws that fix it and disconnecting the power cables. The new one can now be inserted, making sure it works correctly.
