Replacement of the rollers on the side door for Fiat Scudo 2 (Jumpy 2, Expert 2)

In this video we can see how to replace the rollers on the side doors of a Fiat Ducato (but also Jumpy and Expert). We start by removing the inner panel of the door, starting with the screws of the handle and then along the panel. We remove the plastic clips with a flat screwdriver; disconnect the electrical cables, remove the rubber seal of the door, in order to expose the mechanism: the rollers are positioned in the lower and upper guide of the door and are fixed with pins or screws, often blocked by plastic stops: we will remove the old rollers with pliers. We can find the new rollers for example on AliExpress with the code 1005007626457885 at the price of 43.99 euros with free delivery; let's install them by inserting them into the tracks, fixing them with their pins and screws and using a little lithium grease to facilitate sliding. Lubricate the guides with silicone spray, reposition the seal and the panel; check the sliding, sometimes the tracks can be deformed. If the rollers often break, it is good to also replace the plastic guides.
