Replacing the remote battery is a simple and quick task for any car remote. The most commonly used battery model is the CR 2032, available online or at spare parts shops. To replace the battery in the Fiat 500 X remote, remove the lower part to extract the emergency metal key. Open the remote into two parts using a flathead screwdriver or the key itself, inserting it into the lower hole. After opening the remote, replace the battery. Once the battery is replaced, reassemble the remote and test its functionality.
