How to Remove the Radio from a Fiat 500L

If you need to replace the radio in your 500, don’t worry, you’re in the right place. The job itself is very straightforward. However, more attention and research should be dedicated to finding the replacement Uconnect radio. You need to ensure it has a 2DIN adapter or is interfaced so that you do not lose the functions and controls on the steering wheel. After securing the vehicle, start by removing the plastic around the display, which is clipped in place. Then unscrew the 6 Torx screws around the stereo to extract the radio and the button panel underneath. Now you can carry out the replacement. Reassemble everything in reverse order.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?
