A very handy feature on this vehicle informs you if one of the tyres has inadequate pressure, which could affect road handling. After restoring the pressure, here’s how to turn off the warning light.

On the central panel, there are controls for the onboard computer. Press the Set button, and with the two buttons on either side, navigate through the options until you find the text "Reset Tyres". Select Reset: "Yes" and then Confirm: "Yes"; after that, the light will turn off, provided the pressure has been brought to optimal levels.

To reset the tyre pressure warning light on the Kia Niro EV, inflate the tyres until they reach the correct pressure value. This value is indicated on the sticker attached to the driver's door pillar. Once the tyres are inflated, turn on the instrument cluster to check that the warning light has completely disappeared from the display. If it is still present, you may need to drive for a few miles to ensure it disappears completely from the screen.
