Replacing the Methane Filter on a Fiat Panda 1.2

Model: Fiat Panda 169, MK 2 - Years 2003-2012

In this video tutorial, you will learn how to remove the methane filter from the Fiat Panda 1.2 Natural Power. The disassembly operation requires special attention, especially when dealing with methane vehicles. First, close the manual valves: one is located under the left rear wheel and the other is a bit further ahead (they can be identified by the yellow knobs). The filter is located under the bonnet; locate it and unscrew the filter cap with a 24 mm wrench and remove it; to do this, you may need to create some space by unscrewing a few supports. Change the gasket and slide out the filter.
