Adjusting Tappets on a Fiat Panda

To maintain the tappets on this car, you need to replace the hydraulic actuators. Prepare the necessary tools and begin. First, remove the fuel and coolant pipes from the throttle body, which will then be completely removed. Next, take off the spark plug cover plate, allowing you to remove the valve cover. At this point, for each valve, remove the 4 nuts securing the entire tappet assembly, which can then be withdrawn. Now, extract the old actuator and replace it if necessary, repeating this for all valves.
