In this video, we see how to refresh the aesthetics of a battered Fiat Panda on a very tight budget: start by sanding the plastic parts with progressively finer sandpaper, beginning with 300 grit and finishing with 800 grit. Protect the rubber parts and spray with a plastic primer. Now move on to the bodywork, protecting all areas that should not be painted, and sand everything using the same method as the plastic parts. Naturally, the car should be perfectly cleaned beforehand; the work should be done indoors in a well-ventilated area, so do not hesitate to use a fan to increase air flow. The paint layers should be light and overlapping; after two coats, apply the lacquer, allow it to dry for a couple of days, and then remove the protections and reattach the headlights, mirrors, and anything else that was removed.
