Removing the radio from a Fiat 500? Follow these steps for removal and installation on the 500. Use original or aftermarket metal keys to detach the stereo from the 500. Remove the buttons above the head unit, insert the keys into the holes on the plastic trim of the stereo (at the sides of the stereo), lock them in place, and pull the stereo towards you as shown in the video. Carefully extract the head unit, paying attention to the various wiring (disconnect the power connectors and the antenna cable). Install the new head unit in place of the old one. Fit a generic radio adapter.
