Removing the Front Bumper from a 500

Remove the bumper from a 500? Remove the bumper if damaged. Lift the bonnet and secure it. Unscrew the fastening pins located at the top of the bumper.

Once the screws at the top are removed, unscrew the splash guard pins and finally remove the pins located at the bottom of the bumper. Manually detach the bumper from the vehicle body.

Take the new bumper: fit it onto the front of the 500 until secured. Tighten all screws around the splash guard and along its perimeter.

Secure the covers of the fog lights (if present).
