Removing CV Joint on Fiat Punto

Model: Fiat Punto MK 2, 188 - Years 1999-2011

Loosen the bolts of the affected wheel, lift the car with a jack or lift, and remove the wheel. Unscrew the hub nut, then the two bolts securing the shock absorber (use a crowbar to assist). Turn the steering fully and slide out the driveshaft. Remove the clips around the gaiter and slide it off from the top, possibly breaking it to ease removal. Remove the balls by prying with a screwdriver. Similarly, pry with a screwdriver or your preferred tool to break the joints' clips. For reassembly, proceed in reverse order.
