How to Reset the Service Light on Fiat Punto

The first thing to do, as is advisable whenever performing maintenance on your car, is to place your vehicle, in this case, your Fiat Punto, in a stable and safe position, either on a level surface or on a ramp. This precaution is to ensure the operator's safety. Once done, turn the ignition key to position one and close all four doors. Now, repeatedly press the system selection button until the "Trip" option is highlighted and appears on the multifunction display. Press the selection button again until the display shows "Km" or "temp reading". At this point, press and hold the "access phone call" button, and after 1 second, press the "OK" button simultaneously and hold for 5 seconds. Now, press the scroll button until the "ASSYST PLUS" option appears, then "FULL SERVICE" and confirm with "OK". Finally, press the "OK" and "Back" buttons repeatedly until you exit the menu. Turn off the ignition and start the engine to check if the service light has been reset.
