Replacement injection pump on Fiat Idea multijet

Model: Fiat Idea MK 1 - Years 2003-2016

Today I will show you how to remove the injection pump on a MultiJet engine (in this case of a Fiat Idea). Raise the hood and put on the support batten. Remove the battery and the battery holder and disconnect the return, supply and pressure pipes (by removing the clamps and unscrewing the three relative screws). Remove the cable tie with a size 10 socket wrench, the screw is above the brake depressor. This too will have to be removed by unscrewing the two screws that secure it. Now you can finally unscrew the fixing screws of the pump and disassemble it. To assemble the new pump obviously proceed in reverse order.
