How to Remove the Steering Box from the Fiat Punto 176?

To remove the steering box from the Fiat Punto 176, as well as from other Fiat, Lancia, and Alfa Romeo models, you must first remove the front wheels. Once done, go to the cabin to unscrew the universal joint: this is located where the pedals are and must be loosened with a 13mm spanner. Next, detach the two track rod ends that connect the wheels to the steering and unscrew the respective nuts. At this point, unscrew all the bolts indicated in the video tutorial located at the bottom of the car; once removed, you will be able to slide out the steering box.

How to Bleed the Clutch on a Renault Clio?
