Windshield replacement is a delicate and dangerous operation. Also use suitable hand and eye protection. We begin by lowering the glass of the front windows, then with a sturdy plastic tool we begin to remove the gasket and moldings around the glass. Also protect the engine air intakes and continue lifting the windshield to remove it. It is advisable to carry out this operation with the special suction cups. With a tool, carefully clean the edge of the residues of the old gasket. Silicone with the special mastic the edge of the new glass that you will place on the car using the suction cups. Place the appropriate shims along the edge of the glass to position it in the correct position. Finish sealing.

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
