How to Replace the Coolant Reservoir Cap on a Fiat 500

Model: Fiat 500 312 - Years 2007-2021

Before you can start, open the front bonnet of your Fiat 500. The coolant reservoir cap is located on the top of the reservoir, which in turn is situated in the bottom left corner of the engine bay. Start by grasping the cap in question. Then, rotate it counter-clockwise. By doing this, you will unscrew it from the reservoir thread. Once you have completely unscrewed it, you can remove the cap, completing the disassembly. To fit the new cap, simply screw it in where the old cap was located, and you will have completed the replacement.
