To access the compartment under the passenger seat of the Fiat Panda, lift the front of the seat upholstery, pull it forward, and then lift it from the rear. This will provide access to the compartment, which has no protective cover but is simply sealed by the seat upholstery. To close this drawer, lower the rear part of the seat upholstery again and push it back from the front to return it to the correct position.
