In this short guide, you will discover the procedure to adjust and fix the handbrake cable, allowing the lever to have the correct travel and secure the vehicle on the Fiat Punto first and second series. First, get inside the vehicle and remove the centre console; to do this, remove the plastic cover at the rear and unscrew the screw located underneath, as shown in the video. At this point, you can pull and then tighten your adjuster to tension the cable!
