In order to replace the door lock of the Fiat 126 you have to remove the internal fabric door panel, simply by unhooking its fixing clips. This will allow you to access the lock from the inside by loosening its screws and lowering the pin. Subsequently, the screws located on the side of the door must also be loosened with the appropriate keys. When the lock is free from screws, it will be possible to remove it by pulling it out from the outside. At this point it will be possible to replace it by installing a new spare part.
