Fiat 126 - Video tutorial
Model: Fiat 126
MK 1
- Years 1972-1991 In this video, we see how to disassemble the 650cc engine of the Fiat 126. The disassembly of this engine is extremely simple compared to modern cars because it is held only by a bracket. Once the gearbox is disconnected, all you have to do is remove the bracket, as shown in the video, and unscrew the bolts that hold the bumper to the frame, in order to literally "pull out" the engine block from inside the car. Of course, before that, various connections need to be removed, such as air ducts, electrical connections (few, to be honest), and all the tubes that connect to various components, but it really is very little.
