In this video, see how to dismantle the 650cc engine of the Fiat 126. Dismantling this engine is extremely simple compared to modern vehicles, as it is held in place by just one bracket. Once you disconnect the gearbox, simply remove the bracket, as shown in the video, and unscrew the bolts that secure the bumper to the chassis, allowing you to literally "pull out" the engine block from inside the vehicle. Naturally, you will need to remove various connections first, such as the air ducts, electrical connections (few in reality), and all the hoses connecting to the various components, but it is really quite straightforward.
