Let's start by unscrewing and removing the screws that secure the gear knob boot. We are going to remove the internal rubber and remove the cap. Since the Panda's gear knob is push-fit, we will have to warm the neck of the knob. Once this step is finished, we can remove the knob. Before setting aside the knob completely, we will have to take the internal adapter, which we will have to reinsert on the gear lever.
