How to Replace the Light Switch on a Fiat 600

Model: Fiat Seicento MK 1 - Years 1998-2010

Before you begin, sit in the driver's seat. Start by removing the steering wheel and the lower cover of the steering column by unscrewing the screws and bolts that secure them. Once this step is complete, unscrew the screws securing the upper cover of the steering column, then remove the cover itself. After removing the upper cover, you can pull the light switch block from the column. Before fully removing it, disconnect the connector. Once done, the disassembly is complete. To install the new light switch and close everything up, follow these steps in reverse, and you will have successfully completed the replacement.
