The headrests on the front seats have a height adjustment system that allows you to change the position depending on the height of the driver and passenger. To adjust the headrest, simply pull it upwards or push it downwards. A spring mechanism integrated into the sliding bushes on the seat will engage with each adjustment, preventing it from coming out. However, if you want to completely remove the headrest, you need to locate the hole on the edge of the sliding bushes and insert a small screwdriver or an Allen key to compress the end-of-travel spring and extract the headrest by pulling it upwards.
