To connect the android phone to the Fiat 500 you must first turn on the bluetooth on the mobile phone and turn on the visibility to make it recognized by the car, go to the car radio and select the phone option and select "device management" and select "add devices "; on the next screen, select search for bluetooth devices and once the scan is finished, recognize the device by selecting it; once the registration has started, a code will be displayed that must be the same both on the phone and on the car radio, if they coincide, accept on both devices, the phone will ask if you want to synchronize the phone book on the car radio (necessary to use voice commands and call / read or write messages); if the phone accepts android auto in wireless mode, consent to this on the car radio, while if the mobile phone does not allow it, it must be connected via a USB cable to the infotainment and to complete the registration follow the instructions on the mobile phone, then on the mobile phone you will be asked for some authorizations to use the mobile phone on the infotainment that must be accepted and have a data connection; at this point the mobile phone is synchronized with the infotainment. To disconnect android auto on the car click on the dot at the bottom, then scroll through the icons until you find the "exit" icon that we select.

Handbrake adjustment on Ford Ecosport

First remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it. There is no need to remove it completely, just move it forward to avoid bother. Now remove the plastic center console around the handbrake by first working from the rear to release it and lifting it until the brake lever passes. Also in this case it is not necessary to remove it completely but, paying attention to the connected cables, it can be stowed in front of the passenger seat. At this point we notice that at the base of the handbrake lever, on the front, we find a nut. By acting on it, with a 10 wrench, we can adjust the brake force, increasing it by turning the nut clockwise, or decreasing it by turning it counterclockwise. Once adjusted, the center console can be repositioned first, pressing lightly to engage it, and then the profile of the gearbox base.
