To replace the windscreen on a Fiat 500L, open the bonnet to access the bolts securing the plastic grille located just below the windscreen. Once this is removed, leverage the gap that forms between the windscreen housing and the glass itself to remove the adhesive.

By also removing the seal, you can completely detach the windscreen, replacing it with a new one and subsequently reattaching the grille at the base of the windscreen.
