Airbag Isolation Switch Correction

The following video explains how to correct the airbag isolation switch. The operation involves installing wiring that completely replaces the existing connection between the airbag switch and the airbag control unit. In theory, the same result could be achieved by creating a ground for the existing chassis and a ring connector to earth. The first step is to disconnect the battery, and it is not strictly necessary to remove the chassis or the glove compartment. The correction can be performed within the time allocated for diagnostics. The following video also explains what needs to be done with the Fiat exploration software.
