How to Replace the Steering Wheel on the Fiat 124?

To replace the airbag on the Fiat 124, you need to detach the retaining clips that secure the airbag to the steering wheel within its housing: these clips are located at the back of the steering wheel. Once the airbag is released from its housing, you can disconnect the connectors inside, completely removing the airbag. Now, you can unscrew the central bolt that secures the steering wheel to the column, allowing it to be fully removed. Finally, install the new steering wheel, securing it with the nut and also installing the airbag.
