In this short video, we will see how to activate and deactivate the passenger airbag on a Fiat 500 Electric. Look at the display of the speedometer (the digital instrument cluster) and use the buttons on the steering wheel (or on the dashboard) to navigate the menu.

Find and select "vehicle configuration" and enter the "safety" section. Then select the "passenger airbag" option and choose between "on" (active airbag) and "off" (deactivated airbag).

Confirm the selection, and that's it. The airbag warning light on the dashboard will illuminate or turn off to confirm the status. This operation should only be done if a rear-facing child seat is installed; in all other cases, the airbag must remain active.

What does error code 59 indicate on the Opel Meriva B?

Error code 59 appears on the display of the 2012 Opel Meriva B when it is necessary to open and close the driver's side window. To remove the code, simply open and close the window. This code is always followed by error code 60, which indicates the need to open and close the passenger side window. These error codes typically appear after maintenance has been performed on the battery. If the error message continues to display despite reprogramming the windows, visit a workshop as a computer diagnosis may be necessary.
