Removing the External Wing Mirror

Model: Fiat Punto MK 2, 188 - Years 1999-2011

In this video, filmed unfortunately only from inside the vehicle, you will see how to remove the external wing mirror.

First, use a screwdriver to unscrew the plastic housing that also holds the tweeter, and pull it out. Then, attached to the bodywork, you will find a large threaded nut that also needs to be removed.

Next, by pressing outward on the conical piece inserted into the bodywork, you are ready to completely remove the mirror.

As always, take care not to damage the connectors of the wires that connect the tweeter to the car's audio system.
