Go to the car's onboard computer and navigate using the buttons located at the bottom of the dashboard until you find the corresponding option. Confirm it, then enter the submenu and modify it according to your needs.

You can set the speed and distance displayed in either miles or km, depending on your choice. Once selected, you can then turn off the car.
