How to Remove the Coolant Reservoir from a Fiat Grande Punto

Model: Fiat Punto MK 3, Punto EVO, 199, Grandepunto - Years 2005-2018

If you need to replace the radiator reservoir or simply remove it for cleaning, follow the instructions below and use the tutorial video for assistance. First, remove the coolant outlet pipes from the reservoir and then drain the fluid contained within. Next, remove the support screws securing the reservoir to the chassis. This completes the disassembly, and you can either perform a thorough cleaning using a degreaser and petrol or simply replace it. Then, reposition the reservoir, reattach the securing bolts, and reconnect the coolant supply hose.
