To remove the window seal from the door of a Fiat Panda, you will need to use a puller, like the one shown in the tutorial. This should be split into two halves: the first half should be inserted between the window seal and the glass itself.

The second half should be inserted from the outside of the window seal, so that it can be secured. This way, you can leverage downwards to completely detach the window seal from the door, allowing you to correctly install the new replacement part.
