In this video tutorial, you can see how to replace the battery on a Fiat Tipo. The first step is to get in the car and engage the handbrake, remove the key, and pull the bonnet release lever. Lift the bonnet and secure it with the appropriate prop. Using a 13mm spanner, unscrew the nut holding the battery; once the nut is removed, you can detach the strap holding the battery. Remove the cover from the positive terminal; after removing the cover, take a 10mm spanner and begin to loosen the terminal without disconnecting the poles, as this could generate dangerous sparks for the car's electrical system. Disconnect the negative pole first, then the positive; once the terminals are disconnected, lift the battery and replace it with the new one.
