The replacement of the gearshift lever boot is very simple to perform as it is all interlocking; start by extracting the gear lever knob by pulling it vigorously upwards, remove the spring and unhook the frame at the base of the boot that fixes it to the tunnel dashboard; once the cap frame has been released, it can be removed; then insert the new cap and let the fixing tabs of the frame present at the base hook into the respective slots on the console; once the cap is attached, insert the spring and reposition the knob by aligning it and pressing it down until it clicks into place.

How to set the time on the Peugeot 308
