Replacing the Cabin Air Filter

The cabin air filter is located on the passenger side, behind the glove compartment: to access the air duct housing, open the glove compartment door and push in the end stops to fully swing it down; at this point, remove the protective cap from the air filter housing, take out the old filter, ensure there are no dirt residues inside, and insert the new one (active carbon filters are recommended), orienting it according to the airflow direction indicated by the arrows printed on the filter itself.
