Installing a Leather Gaiter on the Handbrake Lever of a Fiat 500

If you want to give the interior of your car a more modern and appealing look, you can purchase an aftermarket leather gaiter to apply over the standard plastic one on the handbrake lever; they are available in various colours, including contrasting stitching; once you have chosen one that best matches your car's interior, unscrew the screw located at the back of the central tunnel cover to remove the plastic cover and free the handbrake lever; then apply the gaiter and remount the plastic cover.
