Do you want to replace the leather gaiter under the gear knob of your Fiat 500? Let's see how to do it. First, use a screwdriver to remove the plastic cover on the knob, then unscrew the gear knob with a socket or spanner. Remove the leather gaiter from the edge of the centre tunnel using a plastic lever. For reassembly: take the gaiter and fit it onto the rod in the centre tunnel, then fit the new knob and tighten it with the spanner. Finally, attach the plastic cover back onto the gear knob.
