Replacing the power steering requires time and patience; here’s how to remove and replace it on the Fiat Punto. First, get inside the vehicle and start by removing the plastic cover of the steering wheel by unscrewing the securing screws. Then, remove the airbag and subsequently the steering wheel by disconnecting the electrical connector and unscrewing the central screw, as shown in the video. Now, remove the indicator stalk and disconnect all electrical wiring to access the power steering; unscrew its screws to remove it, replacing or repairing it as necessary!
