How to Change the Brake Pads on the Fiat Stilo

Model: Fiat Stilo MK 1 - Years 2001-2010
Part: Brake pads

Replacing the front brake pads is a maintenance task that can easily be done yourself: once the vehicle is raised and secured on appropriate axle stands, remove the front wheel and access the retaining pins of the brake caliper to its support; first disconnect the wear sensor, then remove the caliper, extract the old pads, retract the piston using a C-clamp, and install the new pads, reconnecting the wear sensor before securing the caliper to the support by tightening the retaining pins; take care during the initial braking.
