If the headlights appear dull and yellowed, it is possible to make them shine again as they did when they were new but in this case a special treatment must be carried out which involves painting with a special paint rather than simply polishing; then start with the sanding of the lighthouse which must be carried out in three phases starting with a coarser grain (600) and then moving on to a finer (800) and an extra fine (1200); at the end of sanding, the light will appear uniformly opaque; then mask the surrounding area, clean the headlight with the special degreaser and wipe with the anti-dust cloth; then prepare the paint and apply it evenly with a small airbrush, leaving it to dry perfectly.

Fiat Ducato 2.8 JTD gearbox oil replacement

Let's see in this guide the main steps to be able to change the transmission oil of the second series Fiat Ducato, with 2.8 JTD engine. First of all we lift the car and go to locate the gear oil vent bolt, which we find near the transmission; we use a hex wrench to unscrew it, letting it drain the old oil in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we open the bonnet and remove the air intake sleeve, so as to be able to access the gearbox oil filling hole; then we fill up to the maximum level!
