Replacing the battery of a Ford Fiesta key requires a few steps and little time. First, remove the metal key by inserting a small screwdriver into the internal side.

Once the key is removed, insert the screwdriver into the remote and lever it outwards to open the remote. Remove the worn battery and insert a new one, model CW2032, close the remote, reinsert the key, and test its functionality.
