Replacement of the diesel filter of the Ford Focus 1.6 TDCi

The following steps will show us how to disassemble and replace the diesel filter of the Ford Focus 1.6 TDCi. First, we open the hood of the car and start disassembling and removing the plastic protective cover; we find the diesel filter on the side, as shown in the video. At this point, we disconnect the diesel pipe and the electrical connector of the filter, pressing on the side pins; we unscrew the filter bracket screw to remove it, replacing the cartridge with the new one. We then reassemble the new diesel filter, applying the reverse process!
