Air filter replacement for the Ford F150

To replace the air filter that feeds the engine of the Ford F150, we open the hood of the engine compartment and secure it with the appropriate rod. We will find the filter cover on the driver's side, disconnect the electrical connector of the sensor on the duct, release the three metal clips that hold the cover in place, loosen the metal clamp that tightens the inlet pipe with a flat-blade screwdriver. We can then remove the filter housing cover, remove the old filter and clean the inside with a vacuum cleaner. Insert a new filter element, replace the cover, secure it with the clips, and insert the pipe tightening the clamp and reconnect the connector.
