Resetting the Ford F150 MK10 Service light

As we approach the scheduled mileage to perform the engine oil and filter change on the Ford F150, a warning light appears on the dashboard to remind us. We will proceed to reset the module responsible for this notification once the replacement is done. To do this, we position ourselves in the driver's seat, turn the key to turn on the instrumentation without starting the engine, press the accelerator pedal all the way down five times, then turn off the instrument panel. Upon the next restart, the absence of the warning light will confirm that the reset has been successful.
