How to Remove the Dashboard from a Ford Transit Connect

The instructions in this guide will show you how to remove and replace the entire dashboard of a Ford Transit Connect. First, get inside the vehicle and start removing all the plastic panels found under the dashboard, both on the driver and passenger sides, by unscrewing the screws. Then, remove the lower dashboard panel, taking out the radio and climate control units (disconnecting the various wiring), as shown in the video. At this point, remove the steering wheel and its airbag, also disassembling the glove compartment to take out the entire dashboard; in this case, the cabin heater radiator is replaced.
