To replace the exterior door handle on a Ford F-150, remove the inner door panel by unscrewing the screws located under the cover next to the window switch. Once the door panel is removed, detach the inner panel to access the screws for the exterior handle.

After removing the screws, slide out the handle and replace it with a new part. Finally, reassemble all the previously removed parts.
