Below are the steps necessary to replace the engine oil and oil filter while performing routine maintenance on the Ford F-150. First, lift the vehicle and start unscrewing the oil drain plug located under the engine, allowing it to drain into a container for about ten minutes; then, use the appropriate wrench to unscrew and remove the oil filter cartridge, as shown in the video.

At this point, hand-tighten the new oil filter and finally top off the oil!
