To change the engine oil on a Ford F-150, access the components located underneath the vehicle. Specifically, you will need to unscrew the oil drain plug, collecting all the used oil in a properly positioned container.

Once all the oil has completely drained, you can also unscrew the oil filter located nearby and replace it. After installing the new filter, access the engine compartment from the top to add the new oil with the correct specifications.
