Today's step-by-step instructions will show you how to remove and replace the engine oil pan on a Ford F-150 5.4L. First, raise the vehicle and start loosening all the bolts securing the oil pan on the sides using a socket wrench; then carefully remove the oil pan as shown in the video.

At this point, clean the oil pan thoroughly and replace the gasket, replacing the entire oil pan if necessary; then secure it properly to the oil sump and finally pour in the new engine oil!
